If you give us the opportunity to serve you we will:

Greet you with a warm welcome, either on the telephone or in the office. Many of our team have received their customer service training from the Ritz Carlton hotel group.

Explain your treatment needs in as much or as little detail as you need. Please ask as many questions as you like – we are here to give you advice and information.

Do everything we can to make your visit easier. During a visit you can choose from an iPod with music and noise cancelling headphones or a squeezy ball so you have something do with your hands, choose from a list of items to make you more comfortable.

Payment plans – our customer service team will help fit your treatment into your budget.

Aftercare – we always want to know that the treatment we have provided has helped and your discomfort has been provided. We will follow up to make sure you are doing well.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

If you are having discomfort with one of your teeth you will see one of our caring dentists.

If you have gum problems or would like to have your teeth cleaned you will see one of our award winning hygienists.

New patients will be greeted by our front desk team, they will help to settle you in and show you where everything is.

You will meet your dentist or hygienist and have a chance to chat with them before we take a look at your teeth.

We will most likely take some x-rays (there won’t be an additional fee) and we’ll talk about how we can help you. Each step will be explained to you along the way.

The dentists and hygienists at Eyre Square Dental spend one day each quarter learning how best to help people through their visits. Customer service and patient care are a huge part of our job.

Every patient is different, we will work together at your first visit to help you get the treatment you need. You need to be brave enough to call us to make your appointment. We will work to earn your trust, together we will have you smiling again!
